Dr. Hank Voss - Chief Scientist
Hank Voss earned a PhD. in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois in 1977. Worked for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Palo Alto Research Laboratory and became a Physics and engineering professor at Taylor University. Dr. Voss was the Physics Department Chair from 1997 to 2003, he then accepted the position of Director of Science Research Training Program.


Jeff Dailey – Chief Engineer
Mr. Dailey is VP of Engineering and R&D for Scadata Scientific in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Dailey serves as Chief Engineer for StratoStar and is the focal point for all engineering and development activities for the company.


Jason Krueger – President
Jason Krueger earned his B.S. in Marketing from Taylor University. He has owned and operated 2 companies over the past 7 years. Mr. Krueger has set forth StratoStar’s strategic plan and has utilized his skills to open new markets to near-space operations.
